Website inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, coordinate next steps, and meet applicable legal requirements. When no longer needed, they are deleted from the systems I manage, subject to those systems’ backup and deletion processes. Technical visitor information collected by Squarespace is retained according to its policies and the website’s settings. Clinical records are handled separately under the practice’s record-retention policies.
