You Were Never Meant to Do This Alone:

A 6 Week Processing Group

Are you a neurodivergent woman, femme or non-binary adult comfortable in a women-centered space?

You don’t have to hold it all alone. Operating from the foundational believe that “Connection is Medicine” we will gather each week to navigating burnout, overwhelm, and the exhaustion of trying to fit in a world that wasn’t built with you in mind.

Each week as we gather you will find time for a gentle exhale from the effort of holding it all together. Over the course of six weeks, we’ll gather with grounding invitations, thoughtful conversation, and time to share what’s weighing on you. Expect warmth, humor, and the relief of being with people who get it. You can speak, listen, take your time, and practice letting yourself be seen without having to edit who you are.

❋ Gentle Structure

Grounding invitations and thoughtful prompts help us settle in, with time to follow what feels most meaningful to the group.

❋ Shared Connection

Being heard, and hearing “me too”, or “I see you” can soften the loneliness of carrying so much. We’ll learn from one another without rushing to offer advice or fixes.

❋ Compassionate Facilitation

I bring warmth, humor, and gentle challenge, honoring your brain, body, and capacity while helping us explore what’s beneath the surface.

❋ Permission to Be Yourself

You don’t have to arrive polished or know exactly what to say. Come as you are, share at your own pace, listen when you need to, and practice showing up with fewer apologies for who you are.

Because connection is medicine.

This group is an invitation to experience that kind of connection. Together, we’ll explore the weight of masking, overwhelm, expectations, and caring for others while struggling to honor our own needs. We’ll make room for grief, frustration, humor, and the relief of being understood.

Find Your People

There is something powerful about sharing an experience you thought was yours alone and hearing someone say, “Me too.” About letting your guard down, leaving a thought unfinished, or admitting how hard things have been without having to soften it for someone else.

Come as you are.

I’ll be in comfy clothes with my cup of tea, and a lens that recognizes how systems and expectations shape our exhaustion. You won’t be expected to perform vulnerability or arrive with the right words. We’ll practice listening to ourselves and one another, asking for what we need, and allowing support to reach us.

What would it feel like to set aside time each week just for you…to exhale, feel understood, and let yourself be supported?
