Text in a circle reads: 'Balance is key to recover your body'.

I’ve Got you.

Find your footing when life feels unsteady.

You’re exhausted from trying to hold everything together while life keeps shifting.

It’s like you can never quite catch your breath.

Are you carrying expectations that leave little room to be yourself? Maybe you’re navigating a body with changing needs, a loss that has reshaped your world, or demands that keep coming long after your energy is gone. You’re holding it together while wondering how much longer you can keep this up.

You need time to set some of that weight down. Sacred time when your experiences are believed, your limits are respected, and you don’t have to have the right words. Together, we can make sense of what you’re carrying, explore what steadiness means for you, and find small, meaningful ways to reconnect with yourself.

I’m here for you.

You’re allowed to slow down and speak up for what you need.

You don’t have to try to make sense of it all before we begin. I’ll bring curiosity, care, and respect for your lived experience as we explore what’s weighing on you. Together, we’ll consider how relationships, expectations, and the systems around you shape what you’re facing. We can practice honoring your limits, asking for support, and making choices that reflect what matters to you, at a pace that feels manageable.

Does This Resonate?

Struggling with expectations that leave little room for who you really are.

Ready to stop pushing past your limits just to keep up.

Wishing that your needs could be met with compassion instead of judgment.

Hoping you can make room for what you’ve been through without it taking up all the space.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Make sense of what you’re carrying and discover what helps you feel more rooted.

Living in a world that rewards productivity, expects conformity, and overlooks different bodies and minds can take a toll. So much of what we carry grows out of being asked to fit expectations that were never made with us in mind. Therapy invites you to pause, question those expectations, and reconnect with your own needs and ways of being.

In our sessions, we can explore identity and belonging, honor the realities of disability and chronic illness, and ease the pressure of burnout and overwhelm. We can give grief and trauma the care and time they deserve. You don’t need fixing. You deserve support and connection as you discover what makes life feel more livable on your terms.

When all is said and done, here’s the thing:

You deserve a life with room to breathe.

What we’ll work on

Illustration of an asterisk with thick, orange lines on a black background.

Imagine a life where…

01 you feel more at home in yourself

You begin to untangle what feels true to you from what society has taught you to be. Your own voice grows clearer as you question the roles, rules, and expectations that have shaped your life.

02 your needs have a say in your day

Rest, support, and boundaries become part of how you live. You make choices that honor your capacity, with more room for what nourishes you.

03 Grief and possibility can exist side by side

Our work can honor what you’ve lost and what you’ve lived through while welcoming moments of connection, pleasure, and meaning. Duality is a thing.

Reconnect with what makes life feel meaningful.

Things can begin to feel different. Let’s start where you are.
